Hotbook is a reservation facilitation platform for approved travel agents. We do not collect payment for hotel stays — room charges are paid at the property.
1. Booking Issues
If a reservation cannot be created due to a confirmed technical error on our platform, contact support with your booking reference and we will assist.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations follow the hotel's policy and the rate conditions shown at booking time. Hotbook is not responsible for hotel penalties, no-show charges, or policy changes made by the property.
3. Not Covered by Hotbook
- Change of mind
- Visa refusal or embassy decisions
- Failure to travel
- Hotel policy changes
- Failure to review cancellation deadlines
4. Hotel Charges
Hotbook typically lists pay-at-hotel properties. Any charges made by the hotel are controlled by the hotel and are not collected by Hotbook.
